STRONG SCHOOLS.
A BRIGHT FUTURE.
Throughout her career and community service, Anna has built a reputation for listening, bringing people together and turning ideas into action. She wants to bring that practical, people-focused leadership to the Waterloo Catholic District School Board.
Anna Aceto-Guerin is a business leader, Certified Human Resources Leader, parent, and longtime community volunteer who has called Waterloo Region home for more than 25 years.
Anna and her husband raised two children who attended and graduated from Waterloo Catholic schools. That experience gave her a deep appreciation for the educators, staff and school communities that help students thrive.
Anna co-founded Clear Path Employer Services, a successful Waterloo Region business. Building the company gave her practical experience in financial management, strategic planning, organizational growth, workplace culture and difficult decision-making.
Her leadership experience also includes serving as Chair of the Grand River Chapter of the Human Resources Professionals Association and Chair of Fiddlesticks Community Centre. Under her leadership, the HRPA Grand River board was named Best Local Chapter two years in a row.
